The quintessential seasonless piece we all own in our wardrobe is denim. With redesigns of traditional denim pieces year after year, we are seeing a comeback of the denim skirt, but not the original 90’s frayed mini. The denim skirts we’re seeing now are being presented with checked fabric, embroidery, ruffles, patchwork, and more. 

A leader in the reworking of the denim mini, Zara, has given us the best options to choose from. The checked skirt I found I wore with a long sleeve off-the-shoulder white top and simple Moroccan slip-ons. It’s easily my new favorite trend.
