A new year makes us all stop, reflect, and think about what we want to achieve in the upcoming year.
To be honest, this time last year I was going through a lot personally where I was struggling mentally with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and felt uninspired to create content.
When I realized that I lost interest in things that I once loved, I knew I needed to change in my mindset. I learned that I must be open to growing and evolving. Every day is a chance to begin again. Don’t focus on the failures of yesterday, start today with positive thoughts and expectations.
At the end of last year, I really felt like I made the most progress in different goal areas that I had for myself mainly because of these changes. I’m much more inspired and happy with myself and about creating new content. I feel confident now to share my story and to let you all know, whoever you are, that no one is alone on their mental health journey.
With that being said, I am so excited for what 2019 will bring and cannot wait to start planning amazing, unique and inspiring content for you all. I hope this year brings you all happiness, love, joy, and success. Bring on 2019!
