In the last month, I’ve been trying to find a clean skincare product to help with hydration. I have dry skin to begin with, and now that I live in the dry, desert climate of Southern California, I need all the hydration I can get. So, I started incorporating, Alder New York’s Fortifying Face Oil into my skincare routine. 

The Fortifying Face Oil is formulated with moisturizing and elasticity boosting organic jojoba oil, plant squalane, Abyssinian oil, and marula oil. The natural plant oil blend is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, so it helps hydrate dry or dull skin and reinforce its natural defenses. It’s also cruelty-free, vegan, and legitimately clean!

I’ve been applying a couple of drops of the oil to my face at night using the Black Obsidian Gua Sha Tool to massage the oil into my skin. The tool helps improve overall skin health and appearance by stimulating collagen, massaging tense muscles, and promoting lymphatic drainage.

It’s V relaxing and feels like you’ve just given yourself an instant facelift.

After one month I’ve noticed, that my skin looks extra dewy, smooth, supple, and glowing. It’s also felt better hydrated and more resilient. I have significantly less dry, flaky skin.
