  I’d heard that the best place in town was Black Tap–– ya know the restaurant all over Instagram with the crazy looking milkshakes? Yes, so we went there and it did not disappoint! I had the cookies and creme milkshake and I’m pretty sure I ascended into heaven for a few minutes.
